Before you call
- Note the inverter light colour and any error code on its screen or in the app.
- Check the solar supply main switch and the AC isolator have not tripped.
- After a storm, do not go on the roof; photograph damage from the ground.
- Have your install date or invoice number ready so we can see your system.
- If there is sparking, smoke or a burning smell, switch off at the main switch and call immediately.
